We have 3 different types of pork boxes available:- Forget all your previous notions of pork, the meat from these carefully looked after animals is delicious, tender and succulent and will leave you with a taste sensation you will not forget.
Our pork is high quality meat that is full of old fashioned flavour. Our pigs are raised outside in family groups and allowed to mature slowly. They are fed non GM foods and not given any routine injections or antibiotics.
Pork from rare breeds, especially Berkshires, is much tastier than the standard of pork offered in the supermarkets. The pork has a perfect covering of fat, which makes superb crackling and a succulence that is second to none.
All cuts are vacuum packed. We do not sell individual cuts of meat, but offer the discerning consumer three types of Pork box. We will deliver free of charge to anywhere within 30 miles radius of the farm.
Availability Unlike the supermarkets, we do not have a constant supply of pork available, so like us, you will have to enjoy it when it's there and look forward to it when it's not!
